My Story

My first startup experience led to a major acquisition

At SkyMotion, a Montreal-based startup with a small team of 3, I single-handedly led all growth marketing initiatives. The app and technology were acquired by AccuWeather within 12 months of launch and are now widely used as Minutecast, with over 140 million monthly users. I served as a consultant for the Minutecast launch

Despite having very little marketing budget, I was able to generate significant traction for SkyMotion by securing top tier press coverage from TechCrunch, Business Insider, Fast Company, and The Guardian. This consistent press attention ultimately led to Randi Zuckerberg featuring the app in a tech segment on the Today Show, introducing it to U.S. audiences just before its acquisition by AccuWeather.

I was part of the marketing team that launched the world’s first connected clothing line

OMsignal was another opportunity for me to be part of a project where everything had to be built from the ground up, including the go-to-market strategy, branding, e-commerce, product packaging, CRM, and social media. Soon after launch, Ralph Lauren partnered with OMsignal to create a connected clothing line called PoloTech. This collaboration featured a 360° campaign, including an activation at the US Open, which garnered major global attention.

Over the past decade, I’ve been determined to explore every aspect of both traditional and digital marketing, working with global B2C and B2B brands like GardaWorld, Groupe Dynamite, WSP Canada, and LCI Education. Throughout my career, I’ve worked across various industries, honing my ability to quickly adapt and tackle an incredibly wide range of challenges.

I have coached 20+ startups and entrepreneurs​

I’m currently a startup marketing coach and consultant at District 3 Innovation, an accelerator and entrepreneurial community based within Concordia University. In this role, I provide marketing guidance to both early-stage companies and more established startups across sectors including education, healthcare, manufacturing, biotechnology, wellness, and neurology.

I teach 80-100 students annually and recently authored a marketing course

This year I developed and authored a 60-hour marketing course that adheres to the requirements of the Ministère de l’Éducation du Québec. In addition to creating educational video capsules, I regularly teach students across Canada at LCI Education, part of a global network of colleges. Some of the subjects I teach include marketing strategy, building an online presence, and digital marketing.

Audience Award at the Fantasia Film Festival

As a content creator and producer, I received the Audience Award at the Fantasia Film Festival

Early in my career, I honed my storytelling skills as a program producer at CFMB Radio 1280, while also exploring the film industry as a production assistant, art director, and film producer. The first feature-length film I co-produced, won the bronze prize for Best Canadian Feature Film at the Fantasia Film Festival, as voted by the audience. These storytelling and production skills continue to be valuable to me as I help brands connect with the right audiences.
